Beautiful place, nice staff, food was lovely but corona restrictions are stopping it being amazing.

Breakfast was lovely, just with the corona restrictions service can be slow so I feel at this time they could do with extra staff.

The tiny plastic cups, it is just pointless as you are just going to keep going back every two minutes. Stretching the already overburdened staff.

Great place but take care of food

Cleanliness. Staff specially mr. Mostafa from the reception. Shaban from restaurant. Mohamed from the swimming pool bar... Animation team was so good amr. And heba. Snorkeling is great. The room is perfectly cleaned and quite.. All the hotel is clean

The food was not good at all it seams the chef is reducing the cost... Lunch and dinner are poor. Also the big swimming pool is not very clean and a lot of broken bricks.

Great choice for Marsa Allam hotel

The meals were quite satisfactory. With the ongoing pandemic, the hotel management is doing its best to ensure the food service is safe and efficient at the same time. The beach is fantastic! I hope the hotel ensures the full protection of the coral reef.

Wifi service - any good or excellent hotel should include a free wifi service. It is almost impossible for anyone not to require wifi or internet service. The availability of packed take away lunch is very much appreciated, but would appreciate a variety of choice of meals to be offered.

Great for water sports stuff

Great spot for snorkeling and diving. Friendly environment، residents and staff. Good food and we were being served by more than one restaurant, One of them very close to the beach. There is a diving and kitesurfing centres in the place.

Entertainment programs need close attention. Particularly,because the resort, as all as, most of the resorts in Marsa Alam road are away from entertainment areas. No harm in making the entertainment services chargeable in my view.

Make sure no parties from hell break while you are trying to rest

We are a group of friends, who stayed for 2 days, the first night went well.At 10:30 pm the next night, Tuesday the 13th of September, 2016, we were woken up by a party from hell, the glass windows were beating under the sound coming out of the amplifiers. What really pissed us off was that we called several times the reception and we were promised an action, yet nothing happened. By 12:50 am, the party was still on, loud as ever, we decided to go talk to the DJ, and to our surprise he claimed that the reception didn't even bother to inform him that we complained!!!!!! It was very disappointing that our complaint was not taken seriously.

Next time I would choose a different place.

Pretty good air conditioning. It's very quiet yet effective, and it doesn't blow at the bed directly so you won't catch a cold. The pools have decent size, well set temperature (you get just a bit cold, which is good under hot sun), and there is a bar to give you drinks while you are still in the pool. The stuff inside the hotel is very nice, helpful, they help you find the sunbeds and put them where you want, they bring you water and juices and all that - with nice and sincere smiles, which is not that common in Egypt. The sleep quality is very high. Even though we had a room with pool view, and we stayed there on Thursday (which is the party day), the noises did not disturb at all. At the end of the pier you can swim in the sea with nice waves and look at the house reef =) And there are sea turtles as well.

You cannot swim from the beach. The sea is shallow (lower than the knees) for hundreds of meters. The pier is ~750 meters long, and only from the end of it you can actually swim. I must say despite the numbers it wasn't hard to walk even during the hottest periods of the day. But you cannot lie on the sunbed and go swim *in the sea* for some minutes to get cooler. You have to stick with the pools for this option. The electricity sockets in the room do not go with standard EU outlets - the holes are very narrow and require a special adapter. I'm sure you can buy it in the shop, but we managed to find one used by the TV. However, the only sockets in the room usable by even this adapter are far away from the bed - as result you cannot sit on the bed normally with your laptop plugged in, unless you have like 3 meter long cord. There is no rope to hang your things on for drying on the balcony. The juices are of pretty low quality and contain lots of water instead of juice. The food quality is low, especially for dinners. The free Internet is actually 1 hour free per day per person. Everything extra means additional cost, and not a low one - and still only in public areas. Taxi from/to Port Ghalib or Marsa Alam airport costs 35 EUR.

perfect hotel to combine kitesurfing and diving!

Food and Service (especially Ali) was really good!

Might need a renovation soon. obligatory 100 Euros per person for the dinner on the 31st of December way too much!
